Order processing typically requires 1-3 business days for quality verification and packaging. Transit durations vary based on destination and carrier capacity, with most domestic shipments arriving within the estimated delivery window. International deliveries may require additional processing at customs checkpoints. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, carrier delays), we proactively communicate any schedule adjustments via email.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping options tailored to your order value:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more

Shipping Regions

Currently serving customers across North America, the European Union, and select Asian markets. Some remote locations (island territories, military bases) may incur extended delivery times or require alternative shipping arrangements. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to embargoed countries or regions with trade restrictions. During checkout, our system automatically verifies address eligibility.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and additional fees determined by your local authorities.
