Return & Refund Policy

At Watchlio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must include this RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about a missing refund.
